  1. So sorry to hear of your loss! You have been blessed to have had such a special dog, believe me, not a day goes by when I don’t wonder what life will be like when these incredible pups pass on to the next life. I hope time will heal………..
    Tracy

  2. your dogs are amazing, my sonny passed away recently. he was great at frisbee, i had taught him some of your moves and he was so smart he would look at my face and be reading my mind on what to do or not to do. he was amazing. and he is gone, losing him is the most painfull thing i ever had to deal with. someday pretty soon i hope i am able to recover and get a pup. of course it will be another acd. god bless my son. he was all i had.

  3. I’m sure you’re married, but I’d like you to be my next ex wife. You are better with dogs than most people……..except me

  4. Way cool. Inspirational

  5. congrats :) as usuall, keep my fingers crossed you would live forever, and anytime can clone your fabulous dogs (esp. Five, I love that gal!) that your work is timeless, and always enjoys all your tribe

    all the best

  6. Great video !
I have a australlian cattle dog mix with Jack russel. We just started training catching disks because we had seen a show 2 dags ago. She realy liks it ! Seeing this makes me even more inspiered !!

  7. Great footage Tracy. The only problem I see is that your vids make me want to go out and rescue a cattle Dog but I already have a full house. Uuuugh!

  8. you have to love the dog for who it is. I adopted a walker hound pointer mix that is fast as anything and moves like barry sanders, but he has no inclination to chase the disc. He runs because he loves to run and has a great time having other dogs chase him. My pittie, who I adopted to keep alive is showing some promise though.

  9. łał śliczny pies i super film!!!!!!!

  10. Is a perfect video.
Both the train, for dogs, for editing!
    Congratulations!
    Greetings from Spain.

  11. WOW I’m speechless!!! wish you could teach me how to train dogs like that…..

  12. i have a mutt and my gf and i wanted him to work at something. we wanted a disc dog and brought a frisbee with us when we went dog hunting. we wanted a hearding dog but there wernt any in our area at the time so we got a breyhound pinter mix. he was really happy when we brought the frisbee so we thaught he would be our disc dog. we brought him home and turned his nose to the frisbee. so we tried aglity and he hates that to. he perfers sleeping over anything. so we are adopting a boarder collie

  13. How the heck do you teach them this!!? we have a cattle dog - 7.5 mos old…..looks fun

  14. Absolutely terrific!!!

  15. AMAZING!!!! I’m getting a 1 year-old blue heeler in 2 days. Hoping to train her on the disc, and I’d be super-psyched if she was 10% as cool as your dog!!!

  16. I disagree! I loved this video right down to the core! It EVEN brought a tear to my eye. Ya… I said it…

Once in a while I need a little “je ne sais quoi” to knock me out of a rut and you’ve done it! I inspire to make the life I have with my future dog a ‘diskfull’ one! Thank you

  17. I agree. . music is horrible! video is great

  18. What a naysayer.

  19. Nauseating music! Puhllleeeeeeeeeeeeze change it…..and make the viewing of this wonderful video…tolerable. Yes, I know I can turn the volume down, but I would rather view it w/ some (decent) upbeat music. Thnx.

  20. OMG, I absolutley love Five, I saw him on UDC and I fell in love with him. I think you are an amazing disc dog trainer. I myself am starting with diasc dogs, I have an Australian Shepard mix who is absolutely wonderful. Thank you for posting this video!

Keep up the good work, you truly are an inspiration.

  21. You are an amazing trainer. This video goes to heart with me. The best dog I have ever met was an ACD mix. He was euthanized by the CT Humane Society last year. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about him. I wish like hell I had taken him home when I had the chance. He had so much potential…and at only eleven months old, he deserved much more than what he got.

Keep up the good work. You are an inspiration.

  22. I cannot believe my eyes! What a fantastic trainer and how the dogs adore you so. It gave me tears of joy to see and an inspiration to me. I just got an 8 mo. old Border Collie Mix and I would give anything to be so smart to train him to do what your dogs do. Keep it up. Your fantastic! And the video with music choice pairs Great too! Great Job! Love your dogs!

  23. Also, When I pick out my pups, I do not go to the pups, I stay back and observe them first. I usually pick the one that is out on his own, usually the first one to the food bowl etc. You can’t tell anything about a dog when you don’t obseve them from afar.

  24. really great!!!!! I love all you both are doing.
I’ve worked a lot with my dog. when I discovered clicker training I found a real new world and now that I’ve seen your videos I’m crazy about free style and dog dancing.
do you know s’one who could help me training?
I live in the southern part of switzerland, so I can refer both to switzerland and northern italy.

thank you for your attention and above all for the pleasure you give to me just looking at your work

  25. Thanks! Wow, that’s a big topic, but make sure you research the breed first to be sure it’s a good match for you; they are tough cookies. Then research for great breeders who test for PRA/hip dysplasia, make SURE the pups are very well socialized!! Also, don’t forget to check rescue, sometimes pups are available. Email me for more tips!
