Resolved Question: Need help with a crate training issue?

I have a dog that is 6 years old now. He was crate trained as a puppy, and has always done really well with it. Of my 4 dogs, he is the only one who can be left alone in a soft sided crate. In the crate, he will settle down, he doesn’t whine, bark, or tear at the crate. Most of the time, he goes in the crate without issue. My problem comes during agility trials, or other high stress situations. When he does NOT want to go into the crate. He would chew and tug on the leash in protest, but will go in willingly once there.I take him to work with me, and will often have to take him to the crate when other dogs come in. Lately, his protests are becoming more adamant. Today, he jumped up and grabbed my shirt- barely missing the tender flesh beneath.I can not allow him to continue this behavior, but not sure what to do at this point to change it.Any ideas would be great!
