Resolved Question: Can I handle this w.o. pro training?

Okay so my APBT Lilly (3 1/2) has always been a big softy- actually even to the point of being skittish. Well recently when my partner or I rough house with friends or something similar Lilly will jump and try to nip at them, she has never bit anyone, she just jumps and then runs away. Last weekend while we were visiting family by 15 year old brother in law was messing with my (just play hitting and such) well Lilly lunged at him, she never bit him and when he said her name she wagged her tail and ran up to him to lick him. As we were saying bye to the family our 3 year old niece gave my partner a hug and Lilly did the same thing! I saw it happen and yanked her back and told her no in a firm voice, she righted herself and licked my niece….So my question, how do I fix this? I do I stop it from progressing? I love my dog but I don’t want my family members hurt and I don’t have to have to put my dog to sleep. Obviously we have stopped rough housing around her and tell people to please watch what they do but do we have to stop hugging or touching all together? Thank so much! ADDI value all of your opinions, honestly i was hoping to correct this without the help of a trainer (due to a bit of a money crunch). I think i am going to work with her a bit, but i am not going to let it progress, if so she is going to a trainer. thanks guys!
