Dogs Training Blog

The people next door own a dog.They NEVER walk her,play with her,or even groom her.In fact,all they do is feed and water her once a day.They dont even worm,heartworm or deflea her (they have told me this themselves).Because the dog never gets attention and never had proper training,she is and obssesive barker and the only thing the owners do about it is go outside,and scream at her to shutup.If that doesnt work they hit and kick at her until she whimpers and cries out in pain.She is an outside dog and gets literaly kicked out if she tries to go indoors.The dog got out the other day and when they caught her and brought her home,she got a good beating.What can I do? How can I help this dog?I called the spca but they said it will take them a week to get out here and the police just said to call the spca because they cannot do anything about it.What else can I do?Should I confront them?
