Open Question: Your Thoughts of Bark collars? |
My 4 year old Bernese Mountain Dog Ellie can be quite a handful sometimes with her annoying barking.Now im a pretty patent person and have no problem if a dog barks when someones here or in the middle of the night because that’s their job to protect the house but she barks like MAD. When we picked her up from the Breeder the breeder told us that she was the alpha-female of the liter, my family and i didn’t think much of it at the time but wow we were in for a shock. Her alpha tendencies never let up. When she turned 3 she settled down and has somewhat mellowed out compared to when she was a puppy. She’s a very smart girl and often gets bored(i do try to walk them every day) and im not sure if it’s just her personality(she’s very sassy and does things when she wants to do them, and that’s with 2 training classes) or she really is bored.Im goiong Bonkers the dog is driving me nuts! she wakes up the baby in the morning and just barks a lot in general to let you know shes their.If i was to get a bark collar what’s better a spray or a shock?
