Open Question: Why won’t my dog use the bathroom outside? |
He is a 9 year old Jack Russell who has always been potty trained. All of a sudden he started using the bathroom all over the house. This has been going on now for almost a year. We take him outside constantly and he NEVER uses the bathroom. Then as soon as we are inside he goes on the floor.
