Open Question: why can’t my dog pee outside? |
i have a female dachshund and she pees every where in the house. i tried training her to pee outside but the only time shell pee is when no one looking at her. so i take her outside for 3 hours but never pees just sits there. but once she comes back inside and i leave the room she pees on the carpet and i hate cleaning it up. can anyone help me please.
