Open Question: Why are there so many irresponsible dog owners in the world? |
I mean, it just seems so simple to me. If you own a dog, you should train it and take care of it. I see so many people that own dogs and just let the roam all over without regard for other people, people who let their dogs poop on other people’s lawns and don’t even bother to clean it up, and people who just flat out act like they don’t care. Is it just laziness? Ignorance? Stupidity? What in you mind is the number one thing that makes a dog owner irresponsible?I just want to get some different opinions on this.
