Open Question: What’s a good breed of dog? We all have our own idea of what breed we want, so what could be a nice comprimise? |
Okay, well, here’s the story.My family is planning to move into a house sometime next year, and we want a house with a nice fenced yard and everything because we have all wanted a dog for ages. But we each want a certain breed or style of dog!My mum loves Staffies, Jack Russels, all those small, active dogs.My sister is desperate for a large dog like a Deer Hound or an Irish Wolfhound.My sister’s boyfriend is a typical guy and wants something tough like a Bull Terrier, Rottweiler or Doberman.I’m not so fussy, but I would love any British dogs like any Spaniel or Collie sub-breeds, and I love Scottish Terriers and Schnauzers, too.So what’s a type of dog that; responds well to training, doesn’t shed excessive fur, is freindly, and also one that wouldn’t mind cats because we might also get a cat.
