Dogs Training Blog

I have two 9 month Old puppies…. 1, A Pitbull , & the second one is A Pug, both pure bred, Both Males the pug does not just “mark” .. he pees On everything & chews up everything.., from my chair, to couch.. there is nothing He wont chew… my pitbull poops everywhere, & now we have had to remove our carpet completly, & now have a bare floor ( no carpet no anything .. as he has ruined it all.. He also chews on everything… my table, ect.. NOTHING is safe, the pug was rescued from a type of petsmart type of store ( bought him there) & the pit was rescued from starving to death by neighbors… the pits parents are VERY mean, but my pup is rowdy but sweet ( so far).. my question is…. WHAT can i do to train these guys to “listen”"stop chewing”& pooping/peeing everywhere…? they go out all the time, & know to do business outside, they are not stupid, But do it knowing they were just outside.. ( frustration”)… you can see that they “know” what to do outside, they have done it enough times. & as far as chewing.. ive put up everything.. But i cant put up the couch, the table, the recliner… ( you get the picture) Im willing to keep trying to Do what i can but my husband wants to take them to a pound or dump them somewhere( tho i dont think he will) he has asked me what would happen if i woke up one day & the dogs were just gone… i would be devastated as we ( the dogs & me ) have gotten close.. but man are they stubborn.. any sites i can turn to? the vet refered me to puppy school, but 1( I cant afford it because im spending lots On the food to feed both & the pit eats like crazy). & two the only local one who came by to “see the dogs” said they were too “stubburn & wild”& she got frustrated trying to “asses the Dogs. they wanna do what they wanna do.. HELP!. is there books, or sites? im out of money from having to bring this teacher out.. i paid 150 dollars just for her time… & make a disability income thats meely… out side Of that the dogs are protective which i love.. especially with where I live.. ” my hubby says “they love you(Me) to death.. & i love them back.. OH & so you all KNOW.. I have them cause its me or they would have been put to death.. & I cant see that happeneing.. they deserve a chance. so when you ask why i got them, it was to save them where no one else would… sorry.. but i have a HUGE heart.I promise.. they get excercize.. & im not disabled to the point of not walking….. just have such severe asthma.. & back problems.. & my husbands income helps me Im not alone. we play & walk & do all kinds of stuff.. but they chew till the toy is broken or torn
