Open Question: Should I let him go….? please answer : (?

PLEASE READ, I REALLY NEED YOUR HELPI am moving to Minnesota next week(I live in Cali), and I have a 3 year Old Pit Bull named Ozzy. I have posted this once, so you might remember this.I saved Ozzy from the shelter. When I got him he didn’t know any obedience training.I taught him everything I knew, and now he knows how to sit, stay, come etc. But the reason he might have to go is because my grandma won’t let him in( we are going to live with her). And in Minnesota it snows. And she says her neighbors have Pit Bulls as wellBut Ozzy doesn’t get along with other dogs. And I’m more than 55% sure the neighbors use their dogs for fighting. And I do not want him to get stolen or use as a bait. But this dog is everything to me, he looks up to me as his leader, and for protection. When ever I want to tell my mom, I have to let Ozzy go. I cry right before telling her… so I stop.My mom said to chain Ozzy up, and I said NO!… I rescued this dog for companionship not to neglect him. Right Now I’m crying… I really need help with my decision… I want what’s best for him… : (Thank You for your time reading this
