Open Question: Should I get another rescue dog? |
I am about 10 weeks pregnant and really would like to rescue another dog from the local shelter. We have a 2 year old Rhodesian ridgeback mix that we adopted a year and half ago. I would love to get her a friend. I stay at home while my husband works so I have extra time to train a new dog. I was wondering if it’s crazy to think about getting a second dog with a baby on the way or is now a good time? Thoughts? 
By the way my current dog loves to play with other dogs so I know she would enjoy having a playmate full time.
