Open Question: New home; will I need to re-train housebreaking to my Lab?

I have a 10 month old Lab. She’s housebroken and crate trained very well. She has her “area” of the yard, a corner of the yard where she goes potty. We’ll be moving to a new home, and completely new surroundings. I’d like her potty habit to stay the same (confined to her area of choice – outside!) My concern is that she’ll need to be re-trained in her housebreaking. I’ve heard many stories about dogs who were fully housebroken, and moving into a new home made them regress, or stressed/anxious. What are some preventative measures I can take, to make sure she is comfortable, and feels safe in our new home. And also, prevention in housebraking “regression”. Will I need to leash her up every time for the first few months? Oh, and I’m a stay-at-home-mom, so I’ll be there if she needs anything, anytime! Does anyone have any advice? I appreicate it.
