Open Question: Neighbor wants to sue my dogs because my dog is barking? |
My dogs (2) stay outside at night and when someone walks by they bark. Mostly because the other dogs on the other side of the street starts so they bark. My neighbor came over to my house today and asked if we could shut our dogs up for the nights so they can sleep, and if the problem continues she’s going to sue us or whatever. She told us that by law we have to have our dogs in the house by 11?? (Is that true?) I could train my dog to be quiet but they’re outside so i would have to go outside and train them to be quiet everytime they bark! Is there another way? I don’t want to take things to the court..
