Open Question: Learning To Cope Alone For 6 Days?

My fiancee is leaving for South Korea on Monday and he’ll be gone for six days. I’m not REALLY sure how I’m going to cope handling everything by myself. We run our own business of training and rescuing dogs, and we currently have six dogs of our own and another eight in our rescue that we have to care for. That’s fourteen dogs to train, groom, feed, vet and watch round the clock. Eeek!I also need advice on how to pass the time when he’s gone. I can’t remember when I had enough time to myself. Let alone a full six days! I also have a (pathetic) fear of being alone in the dark. I have NO clue how I’m going to get an efficient amount of sleep so I can function! I’m used to having a sense of security when he’s here. We live in a pretty edgy part of the city too, which doesn’t help my terror.Any advice for all of that ramble above?Recap:Caring for 6 of our own dogs plus 8 rescues?Passing time?Learning to sleep in fear?
