Dogs Training Blog

I am looking to get a dog next year.I have always wanted a Husky and I love Border Collies. My boyfriend loves German Shepherds.I will be living on a 5 acre property and I love to run so active dogs are not a problem. I’m after a friendly, active dog. A dog who is intelligent and one who is trainable. I dog who won’t suffer from separation anxiety when I got to work and one that will or can be trained to walk to heal rather than running off. Cuddles wouldn’t go astray either.Basically, if you could lead me in the direction of a dog who would be mostly husky and who would look like one, but can be trained to not run off/be obedient, and that likes to cuddle.Thanks I am aware that huskies are independant, which is why I’m having trouble deciding. I love the way they look and their temperament, so I am just after a breed that looks like a husky and is still friendly, intelligent and active, but also can be trained to be obedient.
