Open Question: Is it alright to keep my dog on a long lead in the backyard while im at school? |
I personally wouldnt want to keep her on a long lead while im at school but there will be no one at the house and she isnt trained enough yet to be left alone. The lead is specially made for dogs im geussing its about 30-40ft long so that she can run around the backyard. There will also be shade and water but i read that keeping your dog tetherd to somthing for more than 2 hours is illegal? So im not sure if this is the right thing to do. (Yes she does have a crate but keeping her in there fir 8 hours would be animal torture, atleast thats what i think)
