Open Question: I just got a 6 mo old puggle who’s not housebroken or crate trained? |
I live in an apartment and the people before me had dogs and she pees wherever she smells them, so it is especially hard to train her. I’ve shampood and used neutralizer. When she’s in the crate she whines and barks for at least an hour a night and since I’m in an apartment all the neighbors can hear…what can i do?
