i have a 5 month old yorkie named jude. i have a cat named jack whos a little over a year old. jack and jude used to fight constantly, but now they’re getting along a little better; i occasionally catch them licking each other’s ears. the problem is, if i take jude for a walk, he won’t pee or poop outside, but he will the minute i walk in the door with him. he always pees on the floor, and poops under my bed. i have a puppy pad on the floor at all times and he sometimes pees on it, and i reward him with a treat, but i guess he just can’t GET it.help oh, i live in an apartment building with no balcony, and have to go down six flights of stairs to take him out, so i can’t just do it in the middle of his pee.
