Open Question: How to deal with a humping dog?

I have a black lab almost 6 months of age. Last week we got him neutered and after we got the stitches off and the cone, he started humping us a lot. When he humps us, he bites us hard and humps us even more. It has gotten to the point where his teeth reaches deep into our skin and make us bleed. He also snorts and chases us. I know that he knows bite inhibition because I gave him my hand and he nibbles so softly. Why is he doing this? He did it before when he was younger but it lessen. Now he is doing this more. Please help.He has an adequate amount of exercise 3 hours a day. He gets one in the morning, one when in the afternoon, and one before sleeping. He has been in training class, but that was 2 months ago.He knows how to walk well, he knows tricks like sit, down, bang, go home, roll over, shake paw, heel, fetch. Why is he doing this?
