Open Question: How much should I cut back on food when giving treats for training purposes?

I train literally every day with my dog who is doing agility. She gets the equivalent of a hot dog and about a half a cheese stick every day besides the food I am giving her. Before I was giving her about a cup of food two times a day. How much should I cut back now that I am giving her as many treats as I am? I have already cut back to 3/4 of a cup, but sometimes I feel guilty like this isn’t enough. She is not fat, but I don’t want her to get that way due to treats. She has always had a good athletic lifestyle (large fenced yard with other dogs to chase and play) so I don’t think the agility time is burning that many more calories. Any suggestions and/or guidelines besides just watching her weight? I don’t want it to creep up and think, oh my gosh, now she’s fat!
