Open Question: How do I make my roof top patio safe for my dog? |
We recently moved from Wyoming where we had a nice yard and a dog run, to Los Angeles, where we live in a townhome with two balconies a roof top patio, and no yard. We have a much loved lab/chow about 40 pounds, who loves the balconies and the roof top patio, but I’m afraid to give him access to the patio when we’re not home. There is railing all around the patio, but he’s been trained to jump and is really good at it!! I’m terrified that he might try to get off by jumping, and the building is 3 stories tall. Any ideas on how tomake this a safe refuge for our beloved pet??
