Open Question: How do I get my dogs to stop using my house as their personal toilet?

I have 3 dogs, and am having toileting issues with them. Their ages are a 9 year old weimeriener, a 2 year old boston terrier, and an 11 month old french pug (french bulldog/pug). When we got the french pug, the boston was potty trained. So we knew that with this new dog that he would have accidents to start with, and that the boston might regress. We got the french pug back in Feb. Now, the boston and the french pug will have an accident multiple times in a day. My husband and I both work during the day. My husband gets up around 6am and lets the dogs out, and cleans the cages because every night the 2 younger ones will have had an accident. He will feed them, and let them stay out for about 10 minutes extra. Then I get up about 7am, so they are back in the cage for about 30 minutes. I then let them out again. 9 out of 10 times in that 30 minutes they will go to the bathroom in their cages. Each time when we let them out, we are outside with them, or watching because they have tendencies of getting out of our fenced in yard (most recently jumped the 4′ fence). So they are going to the bathroom outside too. I have to put them back in their cages for another hour while I get my 2 boys dressed and taken to daycare. I come back get myself ready for work, and then let them out for a good 15 to 20 minutes, where they can run and go to the bathroom. We put their food up, in hopes to prevent another accident in the cages. I put them back in their cages at about 840am, and they are in until about 4pm, when my husband gets back home. My husband then lets them out and feeds them again, because if we feed them too late then they will usually have an accident at night. So then we have them running around for about 2 hours, and then they are let outside again. When they come back in they go to their cages because we are eating, and we don’t want them at the table begging. However, in that 2 hours at least 1 of the 2 younger ones will go to the bathroom in the house. We get done eating, and let them outside again. Bring them in like 5 to 10 minutes later. Let them run around for about another 2 hours, let them out again. Let them stay out of the cage for about 45 minutes to an hour, let them out one last time before we go to bed. Now the older dog has started having accidents at night. Every morning I wake up and have to spray air freshener in my house because of them having accidents in their cages at night. Do I have any hope in fixing my dogs problems??? I am pulling out my hair trying to figure out a way to resolve this, and so now I am trying to see what kind of feedback i can get. Please Help Me!!!
