Open Question: How can I train my dog to stop soiling the carpet? |
He is a one year old maltese. He won’t stop peeing wherever he wants because his previous owner didn’t teach him how to go.I want him to go to a designated area with a pee pad in the bathroom when he needs to go, but he doesn’t understand and goes wherever he wants, something just ignoring the pad.
