Open Question: How can i reestablish my fiance’s dominance over our dog? |
First let me tell you a little more about the dog, his name is soup, and he is a beagle collie mix that we rescued from a farm in her home state of wisconsin( yes he was a soup dog fed all kinds of nasty crap and leftovers of human food) but she moved down here with soup in early july where we started to train him get him settled in to his new home and trained, everything was great so we adopted a new puppy in september , and everything was still alright they took to each other like ducks to water we even saw him running and playing like never before with her. but over the last few weeks his mood has deteriorating he is becoming grumpy and even bit at my fiance this evening , i think he knows i am the ‘pack’ leader and he puts himself above my fiance, what can i do to put him back into his place?She has been feeding him sense we brought him down here, it has been only the past week he has stopped responding to her , both dogs sit before they are fed
