Open Question: Dog peeing on things because of rats? How can I stop it?

OK, I have two dogs, five snakes, and a few weeks ago got four rats (PETS, not snake food!). I have two dogs with a high prey drive- a Pit Bull and a Siberian Husky. I have now had them for about a month, and the husky is still completely obsessed with them- watching them for hours, and all of that fun stuff.. Heres the problem. My 8month old female husky has started (four days ago) peeing on our dirty clothes (the rats are kept in the laundry room) and by the rat cage itself (and anything that might be there), and has been doing it ever since.. She was completely potty trained before- and shell even do THIS in front of us now! I think its because of the rats- but I really dont care what the reason is. I just want it to STOP! Its nasty, and I will not have a dog doing that living inside of my house. I have a huge yard that I know she really wouldent mind being a outside dog in, but I dont want to do that..So does anyone know how I can get her to stop this?
