Open Question: do i have a good legal case? |
i work for a dog shelter and have never been trained. i euthanize animals and carry mace. they do not give proper equipment for health and safety either. i recently became ill and thought it was food poisoning, however after doing research i found out that i most likely came down with a bug that was transferred from the animals to me. i am a humane officer for the city and would hate to stir the water if i have a case that will not win. the office that i work in is in dire need of being torn down as well. the carpet is full of fungus due to the animals using the restroom and rain water that comes in from the walls. the ceiling is falling down and has animals (cats,bats,pigeons) that live in the ceiling. the cattery is is full of cat litter and fecal matter that has been compacted since the shelter opened. the dog kennels are in no better condition. my last supervisor would dump six gallons of Clorox to punish us if he was upset.
