Dogs Training Blog

I have a heartworm positive dog that was seen by the vet and is scheduled to go through heartworm treatment. The dog looks like she is in perfect health. Her activity level is high and she has a great appetite. She started coughing a few days ago and she had been in contact with about 20 dogs at a training class before that. I wonder if she has kennel cough or if it is related to the heartworms. She was adopted so I don’t know if she had Bordotella vaccine or not. She is two years old. The cough is a dry hacking cough and there was some white foam yesterday. It is when she gets excited, runs, etc. What do you think?
