Open Question: are golden retriever puppies easy to train? |
ive heard that golden retrievers are really smart and i was wondering if the puppies are easier to train then most??? cuz we recently had a puppy that seemed nice when we got him but ended up being overwhelming cuz he was always attacking our cats,other dog, and barking,etc….he would bite ALL the time 2!! (he was blind which is one of the reasons why he would bark so much) but my mom couldnt stand him so she had to find him a new home =[. i was thinking a golden retriever might be a nice dog but idk much about them. if i were to get an older puppy would it be a nice dog? the potty training isnt a big deal but my mom cant stand aggressive or constantly barking puppies so i need to make sure i get a dog that isnt to crazy,hope this all made sense lol thanks =]and if golden retrievers are to crazy what breed of dog would you recomend???are last dogs problem wasnt that he was a puppy,trust me he was a lot more to handle because of his special needs! weve had lots of puppies b4 but he was to hard to deal with and we felt he deserved a home who could train him better
