Teh vet can do test and determine what is going on.teh people here can only guess and if you keep treating with all kinds of things it can either cause more problems or make the dog immune to certain treatments. It's always best to have it diagnosed by a professional. We can give you all kinds of theories, but we cannot physically see your dog, so it's hard to tell. My dog was very very sensitive during the allergy season. When we took her in, the doctor told us to just use regular over the counter Benedryl pills.
